The existing tool was inefficient, difficult to navigate, and failed to provide actionable insights for Portfolio Managers, Sub-Segment Heads, and Business Analysts here at Siemens FT. Stakeholders needed a user-friendly solution to collect performance data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.

To redesign the web application with an intuitive interface, efficient data collection forms, and powerful analytics capabilities, tailored to the unique needs of each user group.
